Race # 3 UAW-Daimler Chrysler 400 (Las Vegas) - 67 Laps (25%)Click here or on image for full results.Race Info: This race went mostly uneventful, so I didnt take any screenshots. There was only 1 accident and I was involved in that. Someone got into me going into turn 2 and I went into the wall early in the race. I started in last because I took the provisional, But looking at the awards you can see I go the Meet the Challenge award (hard charger) improving 24 positions. I actually had worked my way up to 15th after drivers were doing green flag pit stops, but being in that last pit stop stall I didnt line my car up right and had to reverse wasting about 10 seconds extra. So i ended up coming out back in 38th... I had a lot of work to do in only 30 laps left. I pushed it hard as I could until the checkered flag, I managed to pass about 10 drivers on the last 2 laps because of they had older tires and were pretty slow in the corners. Jeff Burton ended up passing Matt Kenseth with just 2 laps to go in the inside line in Turn 3-4. Matt Kenseth just didnt have enough left to pass him back. So Burton got his first win of the year. Notable Mentions compared to real life at this time (sorry previously I had the wrong info looking at the wrong race its now corrected) - At this point in time Sterling Marlin was 1st in the Standings (currently Dale Jarret leads in my league) - Jeff Gordon won this real race and Dale Jarret Finished 2nd, in my race D.J. Finished 4th but Gordon didnt even get a top 20. - Jeff Burton who won my race, in the real race he had an accident on Lap 3, he only ended up running less than 50 laps at the end of the race.
