Race #3 - Mopar 300
It was a clear day in Barrie, Ontario, Canada as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series entered Round 3 of the 2007 season at the Barrie Speedway for the Mopar 300.

Don Thomson Jr. would assume the lead with just under a hundred laps ago and it appeared he would be uncontested until a caution came out with less then sixty to go. Once the race resumed, Kerry Micks, who was the driver who caused the caution by spinning out Joey McColm, would drive past Don and from then on was able to hold off all challengers for his first career win.
