Kevin Hamlin running for SKI in '08 and '09
After qualifying 37th for the Diamond Hill Plywood 200, NASCAR Busch Series driver Stanton Barrett told reporters of his 2008 plans. Barrett will return to SKI Motorsports in the Nationwide Series and run the full schedule in the #30 Interush Chevy that he is a part owner of, but will not participate in the Cup Series. "I have had a horrible time trying to find sponsorship, and it's not worth my time anymore. I've got a great partnership here with SKI and for now that's all I'm concerned about". Barrett also said the second part-time SKI car will return with Kevin Hamlin behind the wheel. "Kevin will drive the #31 Interush for 8 races in both 2008 and 2009. I'm really excited to bring him on board with us, he's a great driver and will provide a lot of valuable information", Barrett went on to say.
