Race #7 - Velocity Prairie ThunderIt was a clear day in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series entered Round 7 of the 2010 season at the Auto Clearing Motor Speedway for the Velocity Prairie Thunder. D.J. Kennington led the field to the Green Flag and would pick up right where he left off at Vernon, leading the first quarter of the race before his challengers would begin to show as Kennington, J.R. Fitpatrick, Don Thomson Jr., Scott Steckly and John Gaunt would all get a chance to lead during the 300 lap event, giving the fans in attendance a great showing as the lead would swap ten times during the event as Kennington would for the second race in a row would be the driver to beat, leading for 131 of the event's 300 laps but it would be a fuel mileage race as drivers had to pit late for fuel, but it was Jason Hathaway who would stretch his fuel the farthest and would hold off the hard charging J.R. Race #8 - GP3R 100It was a clear day in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series entered Round 8 of the 2010 season at the Circuit de Trois-Rivieres for the GP3R 100. Andrew Ranger led the field to the Green Flag but it was J.R. Fitzpatrick who would get a good run coming out of Porte Duplessis and would pass Ranger for the lead and would lead the first lap around the twisting 1.530 mile street course.
