I'm thinking about starting an offline league kinda thing, but, it's only going to be one race. I want to get some experience with how I can make an offline league my own while still making it exciting. Essentially, this is a base test for a future offline league I'll be hosting here. If anyone is interested, they should respond to this post and suggest a mod.
Thanks,
-Alikz

You can count me in on this, Alikz! As someone who will probably never own NR2003, I'd like to get as close to the game as possible, and this is the best way for me to do it!
As for suggested mod, I guess I'll also suggest CWS13, but you go with whatever you're most comfortable with.

I don't have that mod, so I'm currently downloading it to check it out. I've restarted with a fresh install (backed up all my old stuff on another drive) because my old install started acting up.

After further review, I deem this mod acceptable. So, for you two that are interested, are you able to paint your own cars?

I've never used the template, but I could just D/L a base from NDG and put a number and sponsors on it.

Like I said, I don't own NR2003, so someone else will have to paint my car.

bobbyricky62, you don't have to have NR2003 to paint a car. All you need is a painting program like Photoshop or GIMP. GIMP is a free program, while Photoshop typically costs a lot. I actually got Photoshop CS2 (a much older version but still works very well) for free because Adobe put it online for no charge, but I'm not sure whether or not it still remains available.

I use paint.net. Yes, the program is named exactly as it's url.

Thanks for trying to be helpful, but I've decided that painting would be too much of a hassle for me.
So it looks like I'll have to sit this out unless there's an alternate path I can take.
