Mike Helton announced today in a press conference, as the drivers and teams can enter the The Winston, the "all-star race."
To enter you must:
- Have won a race in 2003, 2002 or 2001 after Charlotte
- The number have won a race in 2003, 2002 or 2001 after Charlotte
- Have been champion Winston Cup in the last 10 years
- Have been champion of The Winston the past 10 years
- Be one of the first two in the Winston Open
- Being the most votes in a poll of fans
Helton also announced that voting starts within hours and will until the day before the event.
