There's always the possibility of writing code for another exe that gets read over the nr2003 exe, but since it's illegal to edit or even reverse engineer the original code, it's a pain in the ass. Although, I'll finally say it, I've made very minimal attempts. I know enough to give it a shot, but it's a really time consuming process. If more people would suggest it to people that actually know how to do it, I think this game would get a huge overhaul and would be around longer than any other sim.
