Bobby Ricky's Post-Race Analysis:
Let's see, where to start? Well, Congrats to Rocket Man Newman on his first win this season. At this point, I was thinking he'd be shut out of victory lane for a second straight year. But he survived the insanity that was Bristol and came home a winner! I'm also glad to see Yeley, Truex Jr, Almirola, and both Michael Waltrip Racing drivers manage top-6 runs as well.
But with only 9 drivers finishing the race...Well, I'll put it this way: If you were mad at NASCAR for cutting one Bristol race from the schedule, has what took place last night changed your mind? I rest my case.

Jack Roush post-race statement: 4 wrecked racecars? Don't even talk to me.
Greg Biffle post-race statement: Gander Mountain boys did a helluva job tonight. I was in so many wrecks I never thought we had a chance to make it the whole way but we managed to do it. I don't even care that we were 14 laps down. We got a top 10 and I think we might've moved up into the top 12. That's huge.
Todd Kluever post-race statement: Getting a top 10 at Bristol is cool, but I felt like I spent the entire race on pit road. Definitely not how you want to get one of these top 10 runs, but at the end of the day, you'll take it. It certainly makes up for one of those many bad luck races we had early on.
Matt Kenseth post-race statement: We're done. That's it. It's over.
Carl Edwards post-race statement: That was an ugly race. It wasn't very fun to race in and certainly didn't look fun to watch. I hope they can figure out a way to make this place more raceable when we come back here with the COTs next season.

Screenshots (I don't have time to edit them with Thunder98's graphics, so this is all I'll be doing for the foreseeable future) Jimmie Johnson leads the field to the green flag. Travis Kvapil and A.J. Allmendinger slap the inside wall. Jamie McMurray barrel-rolls in dramatic fashion. A group of drivers rams the inside wall while trying to avoid McMurray's tumbling Toyota. Casey Mears spins on the backstretch. Paul Menard spins after getting nailed by Jeff Gordon. A cluster of drivers tangle in the secondary wreck following Menard's crash. Jimmie Johnson creams the pit barrier. Matt Kenseth and Jeff Burton spin in the beginning of the massive 20 car pileup. Turn 3 becomes a junkyard in the lap 206 melee. Another multi-car wreck unfolds in turn 2. Jeremy Mayfield and Mike Bliss have a frightening incident under the yellow flag. Michael Waltrip gets rear-ended by Brian Vickers. Joe Nemechek and Robby Gordon sit in heavily damaged racecars in the chain-reaction incident on lap 297. Ryan Newman breaks a 65-race winless streak at Bristol.

Ryan Newman Celebrates A Dominating Performance:
Penske Driver Ryan Newman proved that he is championship material this weekend at Bristol. He navigated through spins, crashes, and flipped cars to lead over half the race and claim victory.
Ryan Newman: I'd like to thank Dodge, Alltell, and Roger (Penske) for today's win. Our setup was dead on and I knew we had a car to win here at Bristol. I feel bad for Travis (Kvapil) and the fact that he most likely will not make the chase... but we won! WHOOOOOOO!
Roger Penske: We had a strong team performance today. Travis Kvapil, however, struggled. He and I have an agreement, and he knows what will happen if he fails to qualify for the chase. Suffice to say, we have a very strong developmental driver ready to take over if needed. On another note, Mears had a great run and congrats to Ryan for the win.

P4 tonight! This was definitely the longest race at Bristol I've ever seen, but our Caterpillar Toyota came through and finished fourth. Congrats to Aric Almirola, he's a good driver and he's got his career ahead of him. This BDR group is making big gains, whether it be through strategy on track or in the garage. We're gonna make progress and get better. As for AJ, I think he would've done a lot better if he didn't get in that accident early on.

Stanton Barrett Press Release- Wow, that's all I can say at this point. We just repaired our Indy car and we total another car. First though, I want to say thanks to Tootsie for the sponsorship, I wish we could get a better run for you guys and the guys at the shop. Man, even shops like Phoenix Racing are monster operations compared to us. Phoenix has 12 full time members. We have 12 total people for next year INCLUDING drivers. So a 28th place run and a 21st place qualifying is awesome. See you at Homestead. Remember, enter @stantonbarrettracing with the RT #tootsieonthetrunk for a chance to win tickets to Homestead! It closes after Talladega. (SBR PR)
