frow78 is now the owner of Penske Racing. And for anybody that isn't a team owner, you can still request a team at any time, even in the middle of the season, and even if you don't even have NR2003 or don't know how to paint.

jordanvile is now the owner of Joe Gibbs Racing. Also, I'm leaving bsoyuz listed as the DEI owner but for the time being I will handle painting and contracts for that team seeing that he hasn't logged in here in over a month. If anyone has heard from him let me know.
