Jack Roush Post-Race Statement: This race sums up our season. We just haven't had the handle on the cars in the second half of the season and we haven't been able to improve enough over the course of the race. Worst part is that we can't spend the rest of the season experimenting with the new cars coming next year so we just have to find our best setups from the past and make them work.
Greg Biffle Quote: Happy to get out of here with a top 10 run. We were absolute junk, total garbage, the first half of the weekend. We hit on a little something right at the end of final practice and worked all day to perfect it and finally cracked the top 10 near the end.
Matt Kenseth Quote: Never have been so frustrated here in my life. Worst Kansas race ever for me. I'd rather have wrecked again than just not have had any speed whatsoever.
Carl Edwards Quote: We have to get our act together next weekend. We can't stay in the hunt very long with these 18th place finishes. Just not gonna cut it.
Todd Kluever Quote: Really long race considering it was only 400 miles. It just seemed like the car took forever to get out of the corners. I know Kansas is designed with long sweeping turns but man we just were ridiculously loose off and just had no bite at all.
