2008 Season Outlook
After a year filled with start-and-parking, the #01 Chevy has been brought back again by Johnny Davis in his two-car NNS stable. Two of the many drivers will return, as Kertus Davis and Danny Efland will continue to race in the Nationwide Series with Davis. The other drivers that were with the #01 team have all left, save for Kevin Lepage who will drive the #0 for JDM. At this point in time, Davis is adamant that he will try to run the #01 the full distance in every race this season, but with just 14 of 36 races covered, and just 5 in the second half, it's not out of the question that Davis will have to return to that habit later this season. The good news is that with the exception of Efland, the other two drivers, Davis and newcomer Larry Gunselman, will keep the car clean. But without knowing how the #01 plans to proceed, it's nearly impossible to handicap how successful this team will be in 2008.
