White to bring sponsorship to Brewco
Brewco Motorsports has announced that Craftsman Truck Series driver Jason White would be joining the team in a part-time capacity for 2008 and 2009, bringing GunBroker.com along as a full-time primary sponsor. White has been a long-standing journeyman in the sport, but has never found success, registering 51 races without a top 10 finish across the Busch Series and Craftsman Truck Series. However, a recent sponsorship development with GunBroker has given him funding, allowing him to pursue more competitive rides. "Obviously, bringing sponsorship to the table is a big part of why we are bringing Jason in, but we really think that he can contribute to this race team positively and we're looking forward to developing him as a driver the next couple of seasons", said owner Clarence Brewer. While an exact number of races could not be established, Brewer expects White to compete in 4-7 races each season. In 2008, he will partner with Greg Biffle, Johnny Sauter, and Casey Atwood in the #37 Ford while Jason Keller runs for the series championship in the #27 Ford.
