I know labonte has a great one but was wondering if there are any others available.

Depends how you want your racing action. For my offline league I do for YouTube I have the ratings all be 55-65 with aggression at 100% and the AI Strength 110% but it causes alot of cautions and wrecks so if you want short races with alot of action that works out.
