So frow sent me a bunch of steps a couple days back to get NR2003 (thanks btw), and i followed them, but there's a problem beyond the steps he sent me that needs fixing somehow before i can actually play NR2003. The issue is that when i click on the application to run NR2003 under the NO CD thingy, it says rts.dll and vorbisfile.dll aren't on the computer. I have downloaded those multiple ways and multiple times, but it wont stop saying im missing it. Can anyone help me with this. NOTE: I HAVE WINDOWS 10, SO ONLY REPLY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX IT ON WINDOWS 10
