Well I originally planned to run this track with a 100% length to do something different before the end of the season, but had some power issues and then was busy lately so I just ran a 94 lap race instead which would still be a bit longer than the 25% length. I moved the AI strength up more than a few times until i got it to 98.8% even than I feel a lot of drivers could of been faster. Either way I got a top 5 and won the championship with this race! With a 190 point lead there is no way any of the drivers can pass me with just 1 race left unless I didnt start the next race, so with that said I will be making adjustments next season to make the AI a little tougher... After all they are AI and pit strategy, and aggressiveness passing lapped cars will never be as good as a human. One thing I may do is turn on full damage which would be a big disadvantage for me since AI seem to run on rails a lot of times and hard to knock out of control. The race was mostly dull, we had no yellows and just a few drivers exchanging the lead so just have a few images. Race Results (click for full)

Thanks! Hope to wrap up the season sometime next week. Will be posting a new topic with an overview and awards. Although with the new nascar game coming out soon might not get far into the 2nd season of 2002.

Well, I'm sure someone will put up a forum for NASCAR HEAT Evolution seasons once the game comes out next month. And I'm looking forward to 2002 even if it does take forever.

I did preorder NASCAR Heat Evo. a few weeks back, so I will be able to do a season on it once I get the game.
