Jay Robinson Racing signs sponsor, multiple drivers
Jay Robinson Racing announced via press release this morning that North Texas Pipe will sponsor the #28 Chevy Impala SS for the full season next year in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. NTP has a long relationship with driver Robert Richardson Jr., who will serve as principal driver of the #28 next season. However, Jeff Green and Blake Bjorklund also return to the team and Derrike Cope has signed an extension, in addition to two newcomers, Dennis Setzer and Willie Allen. Owner Jay Robinson was quoted as saying, "JRR is going all out to find the ingredients to success necessary to compete with the big boys in the second-tier series". (Jay Robinson Racing) (4/24/07)
