For mods, my favorites would the BRGEN6 mod as well as the Iroc Mod. Good mod tracks would be the BrianRing Tracks, as they are more realistic than their original counterparts. As for cars and carsets? There's a lot of good sites for those like Team SBR, NNRacing, Stunod, and NR2k3.weebly.com. Have fun.
