Hello Everyone...
So it's been one month since I announced my departure from this place. My reasoning for this decision being my frustration with the supposed dwindling interest in NR2003 mock seasons and my belief that this place didn't have much longer to live.
However, two major events have drawn me back here.
The first being the #BringBackNationalDex movement. For those who haven't heard, it was announced earlier this month that Pokemon Sword and Shield will NOT have support for all 800+ Pokemon creatures. Suffice to say, the fans were absolutely livid when they heard this, and while I have no interest in the games myself, seeing longtime fans of the series renounce their plans to get the newest Pokemon games come this November had me thinking about my frustration with the state or the NR2003 community...specifically, it had me rethinking it.
Despite that, I still was hesitant at first to return here. But just today, I got the additional spark I needed to come back here: Toy Story 4. Without spoiling anything, the ending of Pixar's latest masterpiece was what got me thinking, "I gotta return to NR2003 Mock Season!".
So yeah, I'm back. I doubt my return will do anything to make this place more popular than it is now, but you know what? No matter what the future holds for this place, I'm gonna be there!
