*****IMPORTANT NOTE*****
Once you are the owner of a team, if you fail to give a team statement for 3 consecutive races, each car you own will suffer a drop of 2 points for each facet of the Mechanical Car Ratings. For example, if you own a 3 cars team with 75-90 equipment ratings and fail to comment for 3 consecutive races, all 3 cars will drop to 73-88. This is to ensure that members actively participate. If there is a conflict in which one does not have internet access for a time, let me know ahead of time and I am perfectly willing to be flexible and work with you.

One more thing I would like to note.
The part about the top 5 most desired teams is to help me mix and match with who wants what. Everybody will get one team and one team only, but if multiple people want Hendrick Motorsports as their #1 choice, I have to see what the next highest priority is. If 3 people want Hendrick, I can't favor somebody over the other, so that's why I am asking for multiple choices.

So I've been very relaxed about the comment once every 3 races rule and I really don't plan on enforcing it one bit, but I would be happy if I saw a little more participation from team owners after races. Have fun with it! Take on your owner's personality! Don't be afraid to get into the roleplaying aspect. Accuse another team of cheating or another driver of intentionally wrecking your car. Add a little spice to it. Who knows, maybe if some owners start a little controversy I could increase the Aggression ratings of some drivers to add some non-press release news items.

No worries guys, it's not like anybody's completely not shown up. I've been PM'ing back and forth with every owner so I know everyone's keeping up with the league.
