I would of had the cup drivers have slightly higher ratings in nationwide but it's not a big deal. I like your system too.
Also cool to see the crew chief change. The more options the better.

Also what about Trucks?

WHat does points per race mean for Aggression, Consistency and Finishing? It means how many points you earn on average per race. For example, if I earn 1000 points in 10 races, my PPR is 100 pts per race.

Question:
How many drivers/teams do you put in each tier?

It really depends... normally I used to divide the drivers by a large interval between two tiers. Take a look there, for example.

How would someone classify a driver who has attempted races before, but DNQ'd in all of them? I'm thinking of a limit of 10 attempts before a driver loses rookie status. Once they attempt a race in a year do you make them lose rookie status? Or is it a case by case basis for each driver.

According to NASCAR, it doesn't matter how many races they attempted, but how many they started. If someone DNQ's all of their previous attempts, they would still be eligible.

I have another question. This time about road ringers.
How do I deal with Road Ringers who run a one off oval race(Scott Pruett in 2004), or drivers such as Boris Said in 2005? I was thinking keeping their ringer stats, but for road courses only, and using regular stats for the rest of the races.
