Shepherd's team racing full schedule
Morgan Shepherd told a couple reporters gathered around his garage stall that despite the fact he will be 66 years old at the start of next season, he was still planning on bringing the #89 Racing with Jesus Dodge to each race on the Nationwide Series schedule. "I may be an old man, but I still love racing," said the well-liked driver. "We aren't too competitive nowadays, but I do it because I love it and I have no regrets." Shepherd did say that he would step out of the car on a couple occasions, with short-track veteran Ted Christopher running at New Hampshire, O'Reilly Raceway Park, and Thompson, while Jennifer Jo Cobb would handle the restrictor-plate tracks.
