After a top ten in the GFS Marketplace 400, the first of the year for Robert Pressley, he decided to resign his contract from Andy Petree Racing.
"It was a normal agreement, the two parties are satisfied with it and there is no possibility of unnecessary fight between them" - Pressley said by telephone to Speed Channel.
But what is said in the garages is that Pressley was dissatisfied with the losses that came with APR. When they were not equipment problems, the strategy was coming from the owner of the team.
While rumors circulate only, it is known that Andy Petree should not lead the team to Bristol and probably should not call anyone else to run the rest of the season.
