For example, David Ragan is listed as signed with Roush Racing under both Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series because he will drive full-time in each series. However, if he was only signed with Roush Racing for the Cup series, he would be listed as unsigned in the Nationwide Series.

Wow, that's sad. His only national NASCAR event post-2002 was the 2004 Gould Pumps/ITT Industries 200 at Nazareth (Busch Series) where he finished 17th for James Finch. The likelihood of him getting a ride was very slim, but I didn't know about any of his injuries. That's quite a shame.
