2008 Season Outlook
After the most successful season of his career, though that's not saying much, Scott Riggs returns to Evernham Motorsports in the #91 Dodge. Riggs will take over sponsorship from Sherwin-Williams, which was signed to the #19 car, which was dissolved. Riggs earned a career high in top 5s and top 10s last year despite a large number of crashes, and finished the highest in points he ever has. Still, 27th is not all that great for a team that just a couple years ago was a Chase contender. Riggs will be working with a new crew chief in Rodney Childers, and while Childers won't be able to stop Riggs from getting in crashes, he should be a big boost to this team, and Riggs should become a top 25 driver.
