The NASCAR Convertible Series made their 26th stop of 1956 at the Civic Stadium, in Buffalo, New York.
Joe Weatherly led a field of twenty one drivers to the green in front of a crowd of 7,892 in attendance as just like at Canada one day prior, Joe Weatherly got a great run going into turn one and would quickly began to pull away. For the second time in two days, Weatherly was untouchable as he led every single lap for the second race in a row to score his second career NASCAR Convertible Series win in as many days.

The NASCAR Convertible Series made their 27th stop of 1956 at the Wall Stadium, in Belmar, New Jersey.
Curtis Turner led a field of twenty one drivers to the green as for the third straight race, a Pete DePaolo car led the field to the green flag. Much like Joe Weatherly had done the previous two races, Turner would get a great jump and would quickly show the power his Ford had as he would dominate the day, never being challenged as he would lead every single lap once again to score yet another win in 1956.
