It was a cloudy day in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series entered Round 8 of the 2015 season at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres for the JuliaWine.com Le 50 Tours.
Kevin Lacroix led the field to the Green Flag as many of the fans remembered how the year before Louis-Philippe Dumoulin dominated only to lose in the last ten laps were hoping for another great race. Six cautions for minor spins would slow the race as each and every lap Kevin Lacroix held off challengers Ranger and Tagliani and even with a late caution with five to go, Lacroix would pull away and scored his second straight weekend sweep, starting on the pole, leading all laps and scoring the win, his second in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series.

Andrew Ranger won the pole, with a time of 17.931 seconds, beating Scott Steckly by 0.017 seconds.

D.J. Kennington started on the pole for the real race, but finished last. Maybe he'll do better here.
Andrew Ranger started 3rd in the real race...and also finished there.

Race #9 - Wounded Warriors Canada 300
It was a cloudy night in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series entered Round 9 of the 2015 season at Riverside International Speedway for the Wounded Warriors Canada 300.
Andrew Ranger led the field to the Green Flag but it would be Scott Steckly who would lead the first lap and quickly began to dominate the night as Steckly would lead all but two laps, only losing the lead during a round of pit stops, and would score his third win of 2015 and also extend his points lead with only two races to go.
Other Noticeables: Scott Steckly scored his 3rd win of the season, Steckly led 2 times for 298 laps, including the final 100 laps, It was the 20th win of his career in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series and his first since Edmonton; 5 races ago, David Michaud(8th), D.J.
