Jack Roush-Disappointing finish to a disappointing season. At this point, though, we're ready for the fresh start with the COTs next season. We're just passing down the good stuff from up here to the Nationwide boys and selling off the rest as scrap metal. We'll take any way we can get to forget this season.
Matt Kenseth-Mediocre finish with a mediocre car in a horrible season, so I guess we should look at that as a positive. Ready for next season in every way possible.
Todd Kluever-What a horrible rookie season. Just not what I expected at all. I knew I'd struggle at times, but man, this was just abysmal, and it seemed to affect the whole organization. Hopefully we can avoid the disaster start we had this year so the team doesn't have to allocate more resources towards me than is necessary.
Carl Edwards-I said most of it last week, but again, I want to thank Jack Roush, Bob Osborne, and all of the #99 team members for a great 3 and a half season. Each one holds a special place in my heart, and while we finished on a sour note, I know that they still gave it 100% effort and I'll miss working with them on a daily basis. I wish them the best as I move on to Hendrick Motorsports next year and I can assure Kyle Busch that he will be in good hands come February.
Greg Biffle-Pretty embarrassed to have defended the title so poorly, but at least no defending Chase champion has actually made the Chase the year after so I guess I'm just following the standard here. I can promise you, we'll be back next year with a vengeance. We are hungry to get back to our winning ways.
