9 races in and you're not doing bad...assuming of course you're that Jacob Labrecque kid.

Yeah I kinda figured that out after a quick Google search for "jacob labrecque nascar". On an unrelated note, it's great to see another fan of Adaco's work on here!

I got caught up in the big one at Daytona and had some pit road issues at Nashville but other than that I've stayed out of trouble and been consistently in the top 15. As of now I'm no match for the top teams in terms of raw speed but it's still early.

Been a fan since 2015! Believe me, once you've seen your first episode of that series, you will NEVER look at F1 the same again!

Race #10: Auto Club 300 @ California SpeedwayQualifyingBobby Hamilton, Jr. continues his early-season qualifying tear, coming through with his first pole. He's looking to turn things around after three crash DNFs in a row, on top of crashing out of Daytona and various other spells of bad luck. Of note, Mark Green's Davis and Weight team has shut down for the time being, as they ran unsponsored for most of the season thus far. In addition, a whopping five cars are post-entries, and four total are backup cars not meant to run the full distance. On a better note, Team Bristol Motorsports and Biagi Brothers Racing are both making their team debuts with Kelly Denton and Mike Wallace, respectively. Both teams will run part-time for the rest of the season with aspirations for 2002 and beyond.P | # | DRIVER | MANUFACTURER | 1 | 26 | Bobby Hamilton, Jr. | Chevrolet | 2 | 33 | Tony Raines | Chevrolet | 3 | 10 | Jeff Green | Ford | 4 | 21 | Mike Skinner | Chevrolet | 5 | 2 | Kevin Harvick | Chevrolet | 6 | 1 | Jimmy Spencer | Chevrolet | 7 | 71 | Kevin Lepage | Ford | 8 | 20 | Mike McLaughlin | Pontiac | 9 | 00 | Todd Bodine | Chevrolet | 10 | 60 | Greg Biffle | Ford | 11 | 11 | Marty Houston | Chevrolet | 12 | 48 | Kenny Wallace | Chevrolet | 13 | 98 | Elton Sawyer | Ford | 14 | 18 | Jeff Purvis | Pontiac | 15 | 7 | Randy LaJoie | Chevrolet | 16 | 34 | David Green | Chevrolet | 17 | 37 | Kevin Grubb | Chevrolet | 18 | 87 | Joe Nemechek | Chevrolet | 19 | 57 | Jason Keller | Ford | 20 | 43 | Jay Sauter | Chevrolet | 21 | 74 | Chad Little | Chevrolet | 22 | 42 | Jacob Labrecque | Chevrolet | 23 | 27 | Jamie McMurray | Chevrolet | 24 | 17 | Matt Kenseth | Chevrolet | 25 | 36 | Hank Parker, Jr. | Chevrolet | 26 | 23 | Scott Wimmer | Pontiac | 27 | 66 | Tim Fedewa | Chevrolet | 28 | 61 | Tim Sauter | Chevrolet | 29 | 92 | Jimmie Johnson | Chevrolet | 30 | 14 | Larry Foyt | Chevrolet | 31 | 46 | Ashton Lewis | Chevrolet | 32 | 59 | Rich Bickle | Chevrolet | 33 | 4 | Mike Wallace | Chevrolet | 34 | 38 | Christian Elder | Ford | 35 | 63 | Shane Hall | Ford | 36 | 25 | David Donohue | Chevrolet | 37 | 49 | Robbie Faggart | Ford (provisional) | 38 | 83 | Jeff Streeter | Chevrolet (post-entry/provisional) | 39 | 54 | Kelly Denton | Chevrolet (provisional) | 40 | 88 | Jeff Fuller | Chevrolet (provisional) | 41 | 79 | Stanton Barrett | Ford (post-entry/provisional) | 42 | 91 | Mike Chase | Chevrolet (post-entry/provisional) | 43 | 47 | Sean Woodside | Chevrolet (post-entry/provisional) | 44 | 07 | Brendan Gaughan | Chevrolet (post-entry/DNQ) |

Caution Flags: 2 (8 laps)
Lead Changes: 11 (5 drivers)
Weather: Clear, 76 °F, Northwest 11 mph
SummaryAside from the lap 1 wreck, the race was pretty clean. Greg Biffle dominated most of the second half of the race after the lead changed hands frequently in the first half, but a late debris caution shook the field up. Jason Keller and Joe Nemechek were both in good positions on this restart, but both passed on the inside before the start/finish line and had so serve penalties. In the end, Kevin Harvick prevailed and took his second win of the season. Tony Raines had a vibration during the first caution that couldn't be diagnosed and forced him to retire. Jimmie Johnson had an electrical problem shortly after the first round of green flag pit stops, possibly triggered by crash damage.. Tim Fedewa's engine blew up right after the final restart after having a solid top 10 run.
Caution 1 (Laps 2-5): #20, 27, 36, 42, 92, 23, 59 accident backstretch A common theme this season thus far has been lap 1 accidents. Exiting Turn 2, Mike McLaughlin came down on Kenny Wallace and spun. Jamie McMurray had nowhere to go and hit McLaughlin. McMurray went up the track into Hank Parker, Jr. and me. McMurray continued spinning and collected Jimmie Johnson and Scott Wimmer. Ashton Lewis then clipped Johnson's right rear right into me AGAIN. I was squeezed into the wall, then ran up on by Rich Bickle and both of us spun entering turn 3. Under caution, McMurray hit Matt Kenseth while Kenseth was leaving his pit and McMurray was entering his.
Caution 2 (Laps 63-66): Debris A small piece of sheet metal was found on the frontstretch, presumably from one of the cars involved in the earlier crash. Greg Biffle had a steady 3-second lead over Jason Keller that evaporated and led to the final dash to the finish.
